The day in review

What an exciting birthday, let me tell you. I did happen to have the day off and fun ensued! Jim left before the sun came up (left for a bear hunting trip), I took the kids to school, cleaned house, put pictures in a frame collage, I cleaned my desk, reorganized my school stuff, and folded two loads of laundry!! And the cat gave me a lovely gift... a dead rabbit, a dead mouse, and a dead shrew all nicely displayed on the back porch. Now, dead animals are generally Jim's department, but since he wasn't here, I got the joy all to myself. Thanks kitty! Actually, exciting or not, it was a nice birthday. I got lots of great calls, emails, and cards and Jim did bring home a cheese cake for dessert last night :) So all in all, not so bad. Ok, except for the dead animals...

And of course I want to share the fun so here is proof I did not spend the day watching TV (even though I did think about it!)
